Policies
Attendance & Rescheduling
- If you cannot attend, you may reschedule to a future group (subject to availability) by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
- No refunds after the start of a supervision session.
Refund Policy
- All supervision fees are non-refundable after the session begins.
- With 24+ hours’ notice, you may reschedule to a future date (no monetary refund).
- Missed sessions without notice are considered used.

- No PHI: Do not disclose Protected Health Information (PHI). All case material must be fully de-identified (remove names, dates, locations, unique identifiers).
- Licensure Responsibility: Participants are responsible for verifying that this supervision format and supervisor credentials meet their ND licensure requirements (ND Board of Counseling / ND Board of Social Work Examiners).
- Confidentiality: Participants agree to preserve the confidentiality of all discussions and materials. Absolute confidentiality in group settings cannot be guaranteed.
- Scope & Ethics: Supervisors provide guidance consistent with relevant ND laws, licensing board rules, and professional ethics codes.
- Technology: Zoom is a third-party platform; by participating, you accept its terms and inherent privacy/security limitations.
- Conduct: Respectful, professional participation is required. The facilitator may redirect discussions that risk confidentiality or fall outside scope.
