is a physician, clinical educator, and founder of the Academy of Integrative Metabolic Medicine (AIMM). With more than 26 years of experience in metabolic medicine and practitioner education, she is known for helping clinicians strengthen clinical reasoning and uncover the physiologic patterns often hidden beneath conventional diagnostics.

For 17 years, Dr. Wells served in executive leadership for a global wellness organization, leading international clinical education initiatives and product development in metabolic and immune health. She has delivered accredited continuing medical education to more than 9,000 healthcare professionals and teaches nationally on metabolic medicine, immune regulation, hormone physiology, sleep architecture, and systems-based clinical care.
